The 18-year-old winger has reportedly purchased the mansion once owned by Gerard Pique and Shakira, according to the El Periodico.
The luxury property is located in the Ciutat Diagonal neighborhood of Esplugues de Llobregat and is one of the Barcelona’s most exclusive areas.
They finalized the deal after three months of negotiations.
Yamal’s decision to relocate reportedly followed a disturbing incident at his previous residence. According to reports, the youngster has feared a possible break-in which was later confirmed to be a false alarm.
The episode reportedly unsettled the player and his family which prompted the move.

Architect Mireia Admetller designed the new villa in 2012 and the mansion became famous for housing Pique and Shakira during their 11-year relationship before their split in 2022.
The house remains one of the most talked-about properties in the area due to the couple’s high-profile status.

According to the report, Barcelona’s head of security inspected the teenager’s new residence to ensure that every precautionary measure was implemented.
The club also has instructed Yamal to limit public appearances and maintain discretion regarding his personal life. The 18-year-old recently canceled a scheduled collaboration with an international streamer on Tuesday.
