When Connor McDavid gets going, look out.

That's true in individual moments on the ice, where the Edmonton Oilers' superstar appears to be playing at a different speed than everyone else.

It's also true in totality. McDavid's hot streaks are like few others.

For example, right now, McDavid has 22 points in his last eight games.

That's more points in that span than nine NHL teams have goals in the same window of time.

Bleacher Report broke it down in this sharp graphic:

Just in the last week-plus, McDavid had a four-assist game, a game with two goals and one assist, a measly one-assist game, a two goals and two assist showing and then a one goal and one assist night.

He's up to 21 goals and 37 assists (58 points) in 35 games this season.

In his career, McDavid has played 747 games, dished out 758 assists, scored 382 goals and totaled 1,140 points.

This is just what McDavid does.
