It has been a nightmare season for Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin.
McLaurin has been in and out of the lineup all season long. He sustained a quad injury in Week 3 that forced him to miss four games. Then, he re-aggravated the injury in Week 8 and hasn't played or practiced since.
The Commanders are on a bye in Week 12, so that gives McLaurin another week to get right without having to miss another game.
But will he be ready to roll when the Commanders return in Week 13? Here's what we know.
Will Terry McLaurin return in Week 13?
There is no telling if McLaurin will suit up out of the bye.
However, McLaurin did show signs of progress last week after he was spotted getting in some light work on a side field.
He also traveled with the team to Madrid, which is another positive sign.
Knowing all that, there appears to be at least a chance for McLaurin to make his return to the field in Week 13.
We'll likely get an update on his status next Monday, when head coach Dan Quinn next addresses the media.
When McLaurin does return, he might be catching passes from Marcus Mariota, as the status of Jayden Daniels remains up in the air.
However, McLaurin has been productive with Mariota this season, as he's posted 3/74/0 and 3/54/1 in two games with Mariota under center.
That means McLaurin will still be a starting option in fantasy football upon his return, even if Daniels isn't back.
