The Washington Commanders finally have wide receiver Terry McLaurin back in the lineup for the Week 8 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
McLaurin suffered a quadriceps injury in Week 3 and was sidelined for the next four games. However, he was able to turn in all full practices this week before being removed from the injury report.
Unfortunately, McLaurin's return isn't off to a great start early on in the Week 8 game against Kansas City. Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Terry McLaurin playing tonight?
UPDATE: McLaurin is on the board with his first catch late in the first half and it went for six!
UPDATE: McLaurin got his first target on the Commanders' third offensive series but couldn't bring it in. Hey, at least Mariota knows he's there.
Yes, McLaurin is active, healthy and in the lineup, he just hasn't been targeted yet.
The Commanders moved the ball well on their first drive before it ended with a pick, but McLaurin wasn't involved in the series.
On the second drive, the Commanders once again moved the ball well, but McLaurin remained uninvolved.
Hopefully drive No. 3 will be the one in which McLaurin gets going.
