The Washington Commanders haven't had the services of quarterback Jayden Daniels since the Week 9 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
In that game, Daniels suffered a dislocated elbow, which was made more frustrating by the fact that he shouldn't have been in the game since the Commanders were getting blown out.
Thankfully, Daniels avoided a season-ending injury despite how ugly the issue looked at first, and after a few weeks of limited practices, Daniels turned in full sessions on Thursday and Friday, a clear sign of progress.
Here's what we know about his Week 14 status.
Is Jayden Daniels playing today?
Yes, Daniels is off the injury report and good to go for Week 14.
Daniels practiced in full on Thursday and Friday before being cleared to go.
Jayden Daniels fantasy advice
After being one of the top fantasy football quarterbacks last season, the results have been different for Daniels this season, as he enters Week 14 ranked as QB10 overall when it comes to fantasy points per game, which still makes him an every-week starting option in 12-team leagues.
Daniels draws a tough matchup against a Minnesota Vikings defense ceding the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.
We still like Daniels as a starting option this week, especially with four teams on a bye, but temper expectations to QB2 production.
