Titans' WR depth chart crushed by injuries to Calvin Ridley, Chimere Dike, Elic Ayomanor image

The Tennessee Titans must've felt good about their WR depth chart heading into Sunday.

Calvin Ridley was back from injury. They were at full strength for rookie QB Cam Ward.

Not for long.

Ridley left Sunday's game with an injury and was ruled out.

Then it was Dike leaving the game with an injury and being ruled out.

And then Elic Ayomanor went down hurt in the second half.

Beyond those three, the Titans have just two guys left: Van Jefferson and Mason Kinsey.

They have two solid pass-catching TEs in Chig Okonkwo and Gunnar Helm.

It's just an ugly kind of feeling for the Titans, who despite that are giving the Texans a run for their money.

But it's turning into a battle for attrition. If the Titans don't have any wide receivers to really throw to, things will get a lot tougher for Ward.

The Titans don't have wins and losses to really worry about at this point. They just want to get better.

But they'd much prefer to have their most talented players on the field, too.
