The Tennessee Titans have a great selling point for their new head coach: Cam Ward.

Whoever takes over the Titans next season will have a phenomenal young QB to work with.

That makes this a crucial offseason decision in Tennessee.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero shared these names on Saturday as guys expected to be in the running for the head-coaching spot:

  • Mike McCarthy
  • Matt Nagy
  • Jeff Hafley
  • Jesse Minter
  • Robert Salah
  • Chris Shula

McCarthy is a Super Bowl-winning head coach from his days with the Green Bay Packers.

Shula is the grandson of the Hall of Fame coach Don Shula.

The other names are familiar and interesting in their own ways, as well.

Salah seems due for another head coaching job sooner rather than later.

There could always be some additions to the search, too, but it's that time of year. Teams will be hiring and firing, and it's something the Titans have to get right.
