The Tennessee Titans need to get this right.
It appears the Titans have their franchise QB in Cam Ward. Now, they need the head coach who can pair with Ward into the future.
They can look to this season's New England Patriots as an example. With Drake Maye a rookie in 2024 with Jerod Mayo, they won four games. But with Mike Vrabel brought in this season, the Pats won 14 games.
Ward displayed his special talent more and more down the stretch of the season, giving plenty of reason for job candidates to want to come to Tennessee.

The Tians have their first interview lined up as of multiple reports on Monday morning, too: Matt Nagy.
Nagy has head coaching experience with the Chicago Bears, for whom he won 34 games in charge.
He has since spent four seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, first as quarterbacks coach for Patrick Mahomes and then as offensive coordinator.

Nagy has two Super Bowl rings from these seasons with the Chiefs.
He was a quarterback in his playing days, starring at Delaware.
In the NFL, Nagy had various jobs under Andy Reid with the Eagles, then followed him to Kansas City before taking over the Bears and then returning to the Chiefs.
This would be a chance for Nagy to take the reins of a team once again and try to build something special with the Titans and Ward.
