After a hot start to the Week 15 game against the Atlanta Falcons, Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving has slowed down considerably.
Irving started off the game on the first drive with a few chunk gains, one on a carry and another on a catch.
However, Irving hasn't done much since then and has even had a touchdown vultured by backup running back Sean Tucker.
What happened to Bucky Irving?
Irving is not injured.
The Falcons are simply doing a better job keeping him in check than they were earlier in the contest. We've also seen a lot more of Tucker and fellow rusher Rachaad White than we'd like.
It's frustrating to say the least, especially for fantasy football owners who are depending on the second-year back in the first week of the playoffs.
Hopefully the rest of the second half yields better results for Irving.
