Yes, Mike Evans is slated to play Saturday for the Buccaneers against the Panthers.
He didn't practice on Thursday, but that's nothing to worry about. It was clarified by the Bucs as a veteran rest day.
Evans practiced the first two days of this week, so he's up to speed on the gameplan and ready to go.

Injuries have been a negative storyline throughout this season for Evans, both a hamstring problem and then a fractured collarbone.
