The Seattle Seahawks have an injury concern with running back Zach Charbonnet in the first half of the divisional-round game versus the San Francisco 49ers.
Charbonnet got injured in the second quarter after taking a big hit and stayed down on the field after the play. Trainers went onto the field to tend to him.

UPDATE: Charbonnet is dealing with a knee injury and is officially questionable to return, the Seahawks said.
UPDATE: Charbonnet is now in the medical tent for further evaluation. No update from the team yet and we're still not exactly sure what he's dealing with.
Charbonnet is still down on the field and is being checked out by trainers.
