There weren't many positives for the Seattle Seahawks' offense in the Week 11 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, but running back Kenneth Walker was one of them.

Walker had one of his best games of the season against Los Angeles, with the 25-year-old running back tallying 67 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries and 44 receiving yards on three receptions.

Walker's 44 receiving yards were the most he has totaled in a game this season.

The Seahawks back also outplayed his backfield mate, Zach Charbonnet, who had 37 rushing yards on 11 carries and 10 receiving yards on two receptions.

On Monday, head coach Mike Macdonald praised Walker for his standout showing and said that Walker is "showing that he deserves some more opportunities," according to The Athletic's Michael-Shawn Dugar.

Macdonald also noted that the team could feel Walker's impact on the ground.

The Seahawks' usage of the two backs has been frustrating this season, as Walker has clearly been better, yet he has just 31 more carries than Charbonnet.

Walker brings a much-needed explosive element to Seattle's offense and rushing attack, as he's capable of hitting a home run from anywhere on the field. He's averaging 1.2 yards more per carry than Charbonnet (3.3).

While we're not going to hold our breath for a significant change in the Seahawks' backfield moving forward after what we've seen this year, Macdonald's comment does at least open the door for that to happen.
