After a quiet start to his Seattle Seahawks career after coming over in a trade with the New Orleans Saints, wide receiver Rashid Shaheed has been getting more comfortable.

We know that because Shaheed has ripped off nine catches for 131 yards over the last two games, which clearly shows he's getting acclimated with quarterback Sam Darnold.

However, Shaheed is off to a lackluster start in the Week 16 game against the Los Angeles Rams. Here's a closer look at what's going on.

Is Rashid Shaheed playing tonight?

UPDATE: Still no catches or targets for Shaheed at the half. He has only played about a handful of snaps, so that has been a big roadblock for him.

But the Seahawks are also having a rough night throwing the football and Seattle has only thrown six passes in total.

Let's hope Seattle's offense rebounds in the second half.

END OF UPDATE

UPDATE: Three drives in and Shaheed has yet to be targeted. As we approach the halfway point of the second quarter, it's time to start getting concerned.

Yes, Shaheed is active and healthy, he just wasn't targeted on Seattle's opening drive.

Thanks to a big play from running back Kenneth Walker, the Seahawks had a quick first drive that saw just five plays.

It shouldn't be long before Shaheed gets going.
