The San Francisco 49ers have an injury concern with wide receiver Ricky Pearsall in the first half of the Week 17 game against the Chicago Bears.
Pearsall got banged-up while making his first catch in the first quarter. He got up slowly after making the play and was clearly in pain on the sideline.
