The San Francisco 49ers will face off against the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday for the NFC West division title and the top seed in the NFC playoffs at Levi Stadium.
If this matchup is anything like the 49ers' past matchup against the Chicago Bears, fans are in for a great one, as the Niners pull off a tight victory over the Bears after a thrilling back-and-forth affair that came down to the last play of the game.
Quarterback Brock Purdy had one of the best performances in his career after throwing an interception on the first play of the game, throwing for three touchdowns, and rushing for two of them. After having a huge performance like that in a clutch game, it should not come as a shock to anyone who believes the 49ers have a chance to win it all.
One of those believers is team-wide receiver Kendrick Bourne, who explained why San Francisco can win the Super Bowl.
"We're poised, we're ready for the moment, and we show up every time the lights are on.... And that is what the playoffs are all about," Bourne said on the 'Speakeasy' sports show hosted by Emmanuel Acho and LeSean McCoy.
In Bourne's case, he isn't wrong when looking at the fact that the team is on a six-game winning streak, with the last two being on primetime television and with another high-stake game on Saturday, if the 49ers can pull it off and secure home field advantage in the playoffs then whose to say that Bourne and the Niners won't hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.
