Frank Gore Jr. hasn't ever played in an NFL regular season game.
It seems the son of San Francisco 49ers legend Frank Gore might deserve a chance, though.
Gore Jr. suited up for the Buffalo Bills this month, and he saw a lot of action.
In the process, Gore Jr. totaled 104 rushing yards (23 carries) and 109 receiving yards (11 catches).
He was the only player in the NFL this preseason to go over 100 yards both rushing and receiving, per Pro Football Talk.

Gore Jr. is in a tough spot to make the team in Buffalo, though. The Bills appear set at RB with James Cook, Ray Davis and Ty Johnson.
But a preseason performance like this from Gore Jr. likely means he'll draw interest on waivers or eventually as a free agent, if he is indeed cut.

He's got a massive name to live up to.
His father Frank Gore ran for exactly 16,000 yards in his NFL career, which ranks third in league history behind just Emmitt Smith and Walter Payton.
Gore played 10 years for the 49ers, for whom he had 11,073 yards.
He then spent time with the Colts, Dolphins, Bills and Jets.
Now it's the younger Gore trying to follow in his father's footsteps to the best of his ability. He just needs someone to give him a regular season chance.
