The San Francisco 49ers called a pass for a wide receiver on Sunday in the playoffs against the Philadelphia Eagles.
It wasn't just any WR, though. This wideout was a higher-ranked high school QB recruit than Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson and Sam Darnold.
That's right: Jauan Jennings was a superstar high school QB who did it all.
Here's how that list looked:

Jennings became a WR during his time at the University of Tennessee.
He's done nicely for himself, becoming a quality pass catcher in the NFL for the 49ers.
But on this day, the 49ers brought out Jennings' old history.
He ran a reverse, rolling right, a comfortable position for a right-handed passer to unleash a toss.
And Christian McCaffrey ran free, wide open down the right sideline.
In the end, it was a perfect call. Jennings lofted it right into McCaffrey's hands for a touchdown.
Jennings was even crushed after the play. He earned a roughing the passer penalty, too.
Being a quarterback again, just for a play, worked out quite nicely for Jennings.
