DK Metcalf's timing could've been better, but it also could've been worse.
He was suspended for the final two weeks of the regular season. The Pittsburgh Steelers had to qualify for the playoffs without him.
But now that they're in the postseason, Metcalf is back for their Monday night game in the Wild Card Round against the Houston Texans.
It'd certainly hurt Pittsburgh in a major way if Metcalf was still out, but he's back.

Why was DK Metcalf suspended?
Metcalf was suspended for an incident with a Lions fan in Detroit.
He shoved a Lions fan in the front row after Metcalf evidently didn't appreciate what was being yelled at him from the stands in Week 16.
There was some disputing about what was actually said, but the shove was captured on lots of videos, and the NFL had to act.

How long was DK Metcalf suspended?
DK Metcalf was handed a two-game suspension by the NFL, which was upheld after appeal.
He missed Week 17 against the Browns, a game the Steelers lost.
He then missed Week 18 against the Ravens, a game Pittsburgh only won when Tyler Loop's potential game-winning field goal for Baltimore sailed wide right.
