The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't won a playoff game since 2016. While the Steelers have made the playoffs five times since their last postseason win, this has been one of the biggest critiques about current head coach Mike Tomlin.
The NFL may have given Pittsburgh its best chance of earning a playoff win, though. The Steelers host the Houston Texans in the final wild-card game of the weekend on "Monday Night Football".
Pittsburgh is on an unreal run, with home games played on Monday Night. In fact, the Steelers go into this game having won 23 consecutive Monday night home games. Here is more on the Steelers' impressive streak.

Steelers 'Monday Night Football' winning streak
Pittsburgh has gone 34 years not seeing its football team lose at home on a Monday night. So, why does this streak exist? Well, for starters, there are only a handful of Monday night games per season, and it is very rare for teams to play in more than one. Also, this record applies to only home games played on Monday night, further shrinking the Steelers' sample size.
Still, it is extremely impressive that Pittsburgh has won 23 home "Monday Night Football" games in a row. Here is a look at the Steelers' Monday night win streak.

Mike Tomlin 'Monday Night Football' record
Sustaining a win streak that long is already impressive enough, but it gets heightened with the fact that the streak has continued through two different head coaches.
Chuck Noll was the Steelers head coach when the franchise last lost on a Monday night at home. Bill Cowher took over in 1992, and he went 11-0 for home "Monday Night Football" games. He stepped down in 2006 and current head coach Mike Tomlin took over in 2007. Since he took over, Tomlin has gone 12-0 at home on "Monday Night Football."
