Former Cowboys star and George Pickens nemesis has hilarious 6-word reaction to Steelers trade image

The Pittsburgh Steelers' trade with the Dallas Cowboys that involves George Pickens is drawing a reaction from everyone, including former Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis.

Lewis spent the first eight years of his career with the Cowboys before he signed a free-agent deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars this offseason, which robs us of the chance for Lewis and Pickens to be teammates.

It's notable to point that out because Lewis and Pickens had beef during the 2024 season after the Steelers and Cowboys Week 5 game.

After Pickens and Lewis got into a scrap at the end of the contest, Lewis called out the now-former Steelers wide receiver in postgame comments.

"Pittsburgh need a receiver," Lewis said, per 105.3 The Fan's Bobby Belt. "George Pickens weak."

Lewis certainly hasn't forgotten about his beef with Pickens, as evidenced by his six-word reaction to the Cowboys trade.

"Confirmation, God wanted me in Jacksonville," Lewis wrote on X.

We love a good awkward situation, but we sadly won't get that in Dallas with Lewis and Pickens this year.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys get a massive upgrade on offense across from CeeDee Lamb, something the team has needed for quite awhile now.

As for the Steelers, they'll be in search of Pickens' replacement moving forward. The team traded for DK Metcalf earlier this offseason but is now thin at wide receiver once again, which was a major issue in 2024.
