The Pittsburgh Steelers have an injury concern with quarterback Aaron Rodgers as the team turns the page to Week 12.

Rodgers sustained a wrist injury in the Week 11 win over the Cincinnati Bengals that sidelined him for the entire second half of the game. Luckily, Pittsburgh was able to secure a win with Mason Rudolph under center.

According to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio, Rodgers actually wanted to return to action on Sunday, but the Steelers didn't let him.

“I’m told he actually tried to come back in the game. They didn’t let him play," Florio said.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Rodgers is dealing with a fracture in his left wrist and is set to undergo more tests on Monday to determine the severity.

Rapoport adds that Rodgers is pushing to play in Week 12, but it is believed the veteran signal-caller has a 50/50 chance to play.

"Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers, dealing with a fracture in his left wrist, has not been ruled out for Sunday and is pushing to play," Rapoport reported.

"For Aaron Rodgers, who has tests today, whether he's able to play Sunday will be determined by if he can injure himself further and if he can grip a football. He was described as 50-50 for Sunday," Rapoport added.

ESPN's Adam Schefter described Rodgers' injury as a "slight break" in his wrist.

The good news for Rodgers' chances of suiting up against the Chicago Bears is the fact that the injury is to his non-throwing wrist. Had it been to Rodgers' right wrist, he'd be a lock to miss time.

One thing the Steelers have to weigh is the risk that Rodgers aggravates the injury to the point it becomes more serious and he has to miss an extended period of time.

As a result, we'd suspect Pittsburgh will sit him at least one game, but we'll know more over the course of the week.
