Much was made of the Philadelphia Eagles' midweek meeting between a host of star players, and it appears to have worked as the offense's key weapons got involved early against the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football.
With Jalen Hurts dealing through the air, Saquon Barkley rushing for 35 yards on the first two drives, and of course, receiver A.J. Brown, who had been the subject of much attention, hauled in a 30-yard reception as the Eagles quickly found themselves down two scores.
But the Eagles got Barkley, Brown, and DeVonta Smith (one rec, eight yards) on the first two drives, and ended with a touchdown to Dallas Goedert.
So, after all of the media attention, some of it negative, with Philadelphia showing signs that troubled times might be ahead, in two drives, all three key players got the ball in their hands.

Can Eagles' offense keep rolling?
Granted, getting off to a fast start in the first quarter is one thing, but Brown only having one reception, say, through to the fourth quarter? Yeah, that's a problem, or the run game with Barkley gets shelved.
So, while the start was promising, we know that the Eagles, especially this season, don't exactly do their best at playing a "normal" game of football, and while things have gotten off to a positive start, it will now be interesting to see if it continues.
Because one thing we know about Eagles fans is that if things don't go to their liking, they aren't scared of letting their feelings be known.
And they surely won't want to see any frustration from their offensive stars, either.
