How Dallas Goedert made Eagles franchise history in win over Bills image

Dallas Goedert made some Philadelphia Eagles franchise history during the team’s 13-12 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

Goedert was on the receiving end of Philadelphia's lone touchdown of the game late in the first quarter. 

It was the 11th receiving touchdown of the season for Goedert, which is the most ever for an Eagles tight end in a single season. The previous record of 10 was set by Pete Retzlaff in 1965.  

Goedert has had a spectacular season for Philadelphia. He leads the Eagles in touchdown catches and is third in receiving yards behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

Goedert, 30, is on the last year of his current contract, and there's only so much money to go around, but keeping him around beyond the current campaign is absolutely something that the Eagles should be interested in.
