Eagles roast Packers over tush push ruling with savage two-word message image

The Philadelphia Eagles' famed "tush push" play has been met with plenty of criticism from other teams around the league. The Green Bay Packers submitted a proposal to the league office to have the tush push banned.

However, owners voted on it and ruled in favor of keeping the tush push, per Adam Schefter of ESPN

"A ban of the Push Tush play that the Philadelphia Eagles popularized did not receive enough votes at today’s league meeting in Minneapolis. The play remains alive. There will be more tush pushes this season. Final vote on the proposed ban of the Tush Push, per sources: 22-10. At least 24 votes were needed to ban The Tush Push."

The Eagles then roasted the Packers in savage fashion with a perfect post on X after the ruling came to light.

"Push on," the post read, with the Packers defense facing the Eagles offense.

The reply from the Eagles drew plenty of reactions also. "Philly social media folks need a raise," one fan wrote. "Against GB in the picture is top-tier trolling," said another.

On top of that, the Eagles posted a 26-minute video of tush push plays on YouTube minutes after the decision was announced.

Schefter revealed some teams that sided with the Eagles include the Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, New York Jets and New England Patriots.

So, the Tush Push isn't going anywhere, and the Eagles wasted no time taking a shot at the Packers.
