The Philadelphia Eagles already boasted one of the best defenses in the NFL last season en route to winning Super Bowl LIX, and Vic Fangio's group will likely get even better in 2025 once of the team's young stars takes another step in his game.
Nolan Smith suffered a brutal biceps injury against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, however, the former Georgia Bulldogs standout still stayed in the game and helped Nick Sirianni's team secure their second Lombardi Trophy.
Smith has proven to be just one of the Eagles' many talents to come out of the SEC powerhouse, and the third-year star is hoping to elevate his game further after spending an offseason working out with one of the NFL's premier pass rushers; Maxx Crosby of the Las Vegas Raiders.

The two pass rushers were spotted working out together recently, and although the Raiders will have their own goals of returning to promise this upcoming season, Smith and Philadelphia are trying to win back-to-back Super Bowls.
Last season, Smith had a breakout campaign for the Birds after recording two fumble recoveries and 42 combination tackles to go along with his 6.5 sacks.
