Deion Sanders has notably served as the head coach for Shedeur and his sibling, Shilo, across several teams. In 2017, Deion took on the role of offensive coordinator at Trinity Christian High School, where he coached three of his sons, Shedeur among them.

Deion took the helm as head coach at Jackson State in 2020, the same year Shedeur committed there, having previously pledged to Florida Atlantic. Shedeur Sanders stepped in as the Tigers' starting quarterback in 2021 and held that position throughout his college tenure under his father's leadership.

Pilar Biggers-Sanders is an actress, model, and wellness coach. She's been featured on "The Jamie Foxx Show,", "Walker, Texas Ranger", and "Veronica's Closet.".

Deion and Pilar finalized their divorce in 2015. Shilo Sanders, brother of Shedeur Sanders

Shilo Sanders, Deion's eldest son with Pilar, is twenty-five. He also pursued football, mirroring his father and siblings, by playing wide receiver and safety at Trinity Christian High School when his father was the coach. Shilo Sanders initially committed to South Carolina as a safety, playing for them in 2019 and 2020 before moving on.

Shilo arrived at Jackson State in 2021 to play with Shedeur and Deion, staying until 2023 before the entire family relocated to Colorado. He exhausted his last year of college eligibility in 2024. Throughout his college tenure, Shilo accumulated 217 tackles, six interceptions, and seven forced fumbles.

Shilo wasn't selected in the 2025 NFL Draft but was signed by the Buccaneers. Sanders will face competition from two cornerbacks the team selected: Benjamin Morrison from Notre Dame at pick 53 and Jacob Parrish from Kansas State at pick 84.

Deion Sanders Jr., aged 31, emulated his father's path in football, playing at Marcus High School in Dallas before moving to Atlanta Sports Academy. Deion Jr. Also played college football at Southern Methodist University, concluding his tenure in 2015. Shelomi Sanders is Shedeur Sanders' sister.

At 21 years old, Shelomi Sanders is the youngest of Shedeur's brothers and sisters. She also pursued athletics, playing basketball at Jackson State when her father was the coach, before moving to Colorado and Alabama A&M over the past two years.

Deiondra Sanders, daughter of Carolyn Chambers, is Shedeur's eldest sibling at 32 years old. She's an entrepreneur and internet personality who has featured on reality TV programs, "Deion and Pilar: Prime Time Love," "Deion’s Family Playbook", and “Paradise Hotel.”.
