The top prospects in this year's NFL Draft, aim to boost their draft prospects at the 2026 Senior Bowl.

The prospects will face off in the Senior Bowl on January 31, following a week of practice. 

Additionally, for the third year in a row, the Senior Bowl is open to draft-eligible underclassmen, not just seniors, making this year's participant pool as extensive and talented as ever.

The practice schedule for the American Team and the National Team ahead of this year's Senior Bowl is included below.

The NFL Network will air coverage of all three practices for both teams, beginning at 12 p.m. ET and 2 p.m. ET.

What time is the Senior Bowl?

The 2026 Senior Bowl begins at 2 p.m. ET on Saturday, Jan. 31. 

The game will be played at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Alabama, on the campus of the University of South Alabama.
