The New England Patriots are once again on top of the AFC.

Entering the week at 8-2, the Patriots cruised to a win over the New York Jets in Foxborough, collecting their eighth-straight victory in the process.

While the Jets had a strong start, scoring a touchdown on their opening drive, New York couldn't get much going the rest of the way. Meanwhile, New England scored touchdowns on both of their first drives, and kept the momentum with methodical drives throughout.

The star of the game for the Patriots was TreVeyon Henderson, who scored all three touchdowns in the gam. Henderson' two rushing and one receiving scores now make it five touchdowns in the last two weeks.

The win means that the Patriots are the first NFL team to get to nine wins this year, putting them on top of the AFC. They also take a two-game lead at the top of the AFC East into the weekend.

For the Jets, their winning streak ends at two, but they did give New England some fight. However, Justin Fields' struggles through the air were too detrimental, as he produced just 116 passing yards along with a fumble.

New York now falls to 2-8 this year, one of four teams with that many losses, putting them in last place in the AFC East.
