1. Bryce Young

Before going down with an injury against the Jets, Young was having a good season in his third year in the NFL. In seven games, Young had 1,288 yards, 11 touchdowns and five interceptions.

Young missed the Panthers' Week 8 contest against the Buffalo Bills, but he is good to go for Week 9, where the Panthers travel up north to face the Packers.

2. Andy Dalton

While Dalton has seen limited game action this season, the loss against Buffalo was his first start. In Carolina's 40-9 loss, Dalton was 16-for-24 for 175 yards, no touchdowns and an interception.

Dalton is dealing with a thumb injury ahead of Sunday's game. The quarterback practiced on Thursday after not being spotted on Wednesday.

The quarterback spoke to the media after Thursday's practice, saying he has a broken thumb and played through it against Buffalo.

In 2024, Dalton started five games before the Panthers pivoted back to Young.

In that game, White had an exceptional debut as a starter, leading the team to a victory. He completed 37-of-45 passes for 405 yards and threw three touchdowns with two interceptions, recording a passer rating of 107.9. This memorable outing earned him the AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors, showcasing his potential at the professional level.

In 2021 and 2022, the quarterback appeared in eight games for New York. Since, he played sparingly for both the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills.
