Here are the answers in AllSportsPeople’ latest look at how the postseason field is coming together in both conferences heading into the final week:

1. Denver Broncos, 13-3 (champions, AFC West)

The Broncos have clinched the division title over the Chargers. They will need to beat the Chargers or see the Patriots lose to the Dolphins to earn the top seed.

2. New England Patriots, 13-3 (champions, AFC East)

The Patriots have clinched the division title over the Bills. They can earn the top seed over the Broncos with a win over the Dolphins and a Broncos loss to the Chargers.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars, 12-4 (first place, AFC South)

The Jaguars, who have clinched at least an AFC wild-card berth, still lead the division by a game over the Texans The Jaguars will win the division with a win over the Titans or a Texans loss to the Colts.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers, 9-7 (first place, AFC North)

The Steelers lead the division by a game and a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Ravens. They will win the division with a win or tie against the Ravens on Sunday night.

5. Houston Texans, 11-5 (second place, AFC South)

The Texans have the top wild-card spot thanks to a head-to-head sweep of the Bills and Chargers. The Texans need the Jaguars to lose to the Titans on Sunday and also beat the Colts to win a third consecutive division title.

6. Los Angeles Chargers, 11-5 (second place, AFC West)

The Chargers have clinched a playoff berth and will settle for being a strong wild-card team again. They will be resting players on Sunday with little for which to play.

7. Buffalo Bills, 11-5 (second place, AFC East)

The Bills have clinched a playoff berth but saw their five-year division reign end to the Patriots. The Bills are playing for only wild-card position on Sunday.

9. Baltimore Ravens (8-8)

The Ravens need to beat the Steelers on Sunday to win the AFC North. The teams would be tied, but the Ravens would earn the tiebreaker with a better division record (4-2 vs. 3-3)

10. Miami Dolphins (7-9)
11. Cincinnati Bengals (6-10)
12. Kansas City Chiefs (6-10)
13. Cleveland Browns (4-12)
14. New York Jets (3-13)

16. Las Vegas Raiders (2-14)

The Raiders are in the driver's seat with the No. 1 overall pick and there's real potential that Pete Carroll can be out as head coach after only one season.

Sam Darnold

1. Seattle Seahawks, 14-3 (champions, NFC West)

The Seahawks clinched the division title and the No. 1 seed with their win over the 49ers in San Francisco on Saturday night. They have home-field advantage plus will host the lowest remaining seed in the divisional round after the lone conference bye.

2. Chicago Bears, 11-5 (champions, NFC North)

The Bears have clinched the division title and can no longer earn the No. 1 seed, but they can stay here with a win over the Lions at home or a loss by the Eagles, as they hold the head-to-head tiebreaker over the Eagles.

3. Philadelphia Eagles, 11-5 (champions, NFC East)

The Eagles have clinched the division title and need to tie or beat the Commanders in Week 18 and hope the Bears lose to the Lions to move up to No. 2.

4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 8-9 (first place, NFC South)

The Buccaneers beat the Panthers to even the season series on Saturday and took the division lead based on having the common-games tiebreaker. They now need to have the Falcons lose or tie to the Saints to avoid a three-way tie, which would still give the division to the same-record Panthers.

5. San Francisco 49ers, 12-5 (second place, NFC West)

The 49ers stayed here after losing at home to the Seahawks on Saturday night. They would fall to No. 6 and into third place in the division if the Rams beat the Cardinals on Sunday based on a common-games tiebreaker.

6. Los Angeles Rams, 11-5 (third place, NFC West) 

The Rams can now get out of a tough road rematch with the Eagles and play the weaker NFC South champion in the wild-card round with a win over the Cardinals that moves them ahead of the 49ers.

7. Green Bay Packers, 9-6-1 (second place, NFC North)

The Packers, who have clinched a wild-card berth, will be resting key players on Sunday as they are locked into this seed for the playoffs ahead of their road game at the Vikings.

Who's in the hunt?

11. Carolina Panthers (8-9)

The Panthers fell here after their loss to the Buccaneers. They will now be rooting for the Falcons to win and make it a three-way tie atop the division, allowing to earn the winning tiebreaker back from the Buccaneers.
