Divisional showdowns highlight another thrilling slate of football on tap for Week 3.

With the Chiefs stumbling to an 0-2 start, the AFC West suddenly looks wide open. Who will take advantage? Justin Herbert and the Chargers will be seeking their third straight win when they face Bo Nix and the Broncos on Sunday.

First place in the NFC West will be on the line when the 49ers welcome in the Cardinals. All signs point to Mac Jones starting a second consecutive game for San Francisco as Brock Purdy continues to recover from shoulder and toe injuries.

But don't overlook the unbeaten Rams, as Los Angeles waltzes into Philadelphia to take on the Eagles in a playoff rematch from last season.

Here is everything that you need to know about Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season, including TV and streaming options for every game.
