The final Sunday of the fantasy football season is here, and with all the injuries you may need a quarterback to bring home the championship.

No Jordan Love, Lamar Jackson, Patrick Mahomes, or J.J. McCarthy. Other QBs may sit or play limited time depending on their team's playoff situation. Whatever your fantasy scenario is, let's take a look at quarterbacks you should start and sit, along with a sleeper play.
