The Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Chargers both enter "Monday Night Football" at 8-4, but each are bringing their own set of concerns.

The Eagles are trying to stave off concerns that their 2025 season is starting to mirror their 2023 season, when they entered with Super Bowl expectations, stacked wins early on and collapsed down the stretch. Philadelphia has dropped from 8-2 to 8-4 after a collapse against the Dallas Cowboys and a home loss to the Chicago Bears that earned the team heavy boos from the hometown crowd.

Between an inconsistent offense and a run defense that was bludgeoned by the Bears, both sides of the ball are under pressure to make a statement for the Eagles on Monday night.

The Chargers, on the other hand, have had a hard time protecting QB Justin Herbert after losing both starting offensive tackles to season-ending injuries, and their concerns became reality in Week 13 when Herbert suffered a fracture in his non-throwing hand. While the injury might not cost Herbert any time, he is going to need some more help if the Chargers are going to finish the season the way they hope they will.
