Ask most NFL fans if there's anything sexy about the league's offensive line play and they'll likely respond with an emphatic, "No."
But ask People magazine and they'll single out Eagles center Jason Kelce as one of the sexiest men in the world.
Indeed, it was revealed on Tuesday that the elder Kelce brother had been named a finalist for People's prestigious "Sexiest Man Alive" award. Naturally, the 36-year-old immediately responded to his recognition with a humorous and self-deprecating social media post.

And he continued to indicate that he didn't believe he deserved that nod during a radio appearance on 94 WIP Sports Radio on Wednesday.
"Of course not,” Kelce said when asked whether he deserved to be nominated for the award. “I’m not even the sexiest man in my family, let alone [the] sexiest man alive! I mean, what are we talking about?”
“It’s fun. … That was funny to see, for sure,” he later added of earning the honor. “It’s not bad!”
Kelce didn't ultimately win the award, but just being nominated adds to his already strong list of career accolades. It will also be a measure of revenge for him over his brother Travis after the Chiefs tight end beat him head-to-head in Super Bowl 57, which was nicknamed the "Kelce Bowl."

Patrick Dempsey was named People's "Sexiest Man Alive" for 2023. The 57-year-old is best known for his role as Derek Shepherd — a.k.a. McDreamy — on the long-running medical drama series "Gray's Anatomy."
Dempsey has also starred in comedies such as "Enchanted" and "Sweet Home Alabama," and he appeared in "Scream 3" among his more dramatic roles.
In addition to his acting career, Dempsey is an avid motorsports fan and has competed in amateur races during his career. Notably, that includes the 24 Hours of Le Mans race; he finished second in the GTE Am class in 2015.
So, while Dempsey is mainly known for being an actor, he does have some connections to the world of sports.

Jason Kelce wife and family
Anyone hoping that the elder Kelce brother might be a bachelor will be sorely disappointed. He has been married to his wife Kylie since April 14, 2018. The two met on a dating app before eventually getting hitched.
The Kelces have three daughters: Wyatt (4), Elliotte (2) and Bennett (7 months).
Their family was thrust more into the spotlight during the Eagles-Chiefs Super Bowl, as Kylie was 38 weeks pregnant with Bennett during the game. She still attended and brought her OB-GYN to the game with her because of that.

No, Travis Kelce did not win People's "Sexiest Man Alive" award for 2023. As mentioned, Patrick Dempsey took home that title.
That said, it's worth noting that Travis Kelce was voted by People's readers as the sexiest athlete alive. His strong performance there was likely thanks to inflated voting numbers from Swifties who are supporting his relationship with Taylor Swift.
Thus, the younger Kelce may try to claim this as another win over his brother after defeating him in Super Bowl 57. Still, Jason has Travis beaten in the official voting, so that's all that will matter for the career-long Eagle.
