A couple of big injury updates have already been determined for Week 2 of fantasy football, with San Francisco 49ers stars Brock Purdy and George Kittle set to miss time.
There are still plenty of trending names, though, who will require you to make some start-sit decisions to try and improve to 2-0 or to bounce back from an opening loss. Some of those big names: Brock Bowers, Xavier Worthy, Dallas Goedert and James Cook.
Here, we bring you the latest information on these playmakers.

Brock Bowers fantasy injury update
Brock Bowers left Sunday's Raiders win with a knee injury.
Las Vegas doesn't play until Monday night, so there's still a lot of time to know for sure what's happening with the star tight end.
“Really, we’re just going day-to-day,” head coach Pete Carroll said earlier this week of Bowers and linebacker Elandon Roberts. “Those guys are tough guys, now. They’re not going to take the easy way out on this one, they’re all going to push to get right.”
Bowers is a must-start tight end if he's healthy.
If it turns out you need insurance, you're best off picking up Michael Mayer, the other Raiders tight end, since they play in the last game of the week.

Xavier Worthy fantasy injury update
Xavier Worthy let his fantasy football owners down in Week 1 for sure, thanks to a Travis Kelce collision on the Chiefs' third offensive snap that led to a dislocated shoulder for Worthy.
He missed Wednesday's practice, but he was back on the field Thursday with a heavy wrap around his shoulder.
The fact that he's out on the field at all is big news for Worthy, who is at least a FLEX play and potentially better if he's active Sunday.
The Chiefs are lined up for a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff against the Philadelphia Eagles in a Super Bowl rematch.

Dallas Goedert fantasy injury update
The Eagles' tight end missed practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday.
He's dealing with a knee injury.
If he sits out, teammate Grant Calcaterra wouldn't be a terrible fill-in play. But there are potentially waiver wire tight ends like Juwan Johnson or Harold Fannin Jr. available.
James Cook fantasy injury update
James Cook has the best news of this bunch.
After being limited at Wednesday's Bills practice, he was a full participant Thursday.
Cook should be good to go for Sunday's early afternoon kickoff against the New York Jets. Fire him up as a starting fantasy RB as usual.
