The Los Angeles Rams have made their decision on wide receiver Davante Adams ahead of the Week 16 game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Adams entered Thursday doubtful to play due to a hamstring injury that kept him out of practice all week. That was a strong indication he would not suit up in Week 16.
And we finally have confirmation ahead of kickoff, as Adams is included in the Rams' list of inactives for the NFC West showdown, which means he won't play for Los Angeles in what is the most important game of the 2025 campaign thus far.
Fantasy football advice
If you're an Adams owner, you need to look elsewhere for help.
Outside of Puka Nacua, the Rams don't have another viable starting option, as none of their other wide receivers has been even remotely close to consistent enough throughout the season to trust in the fantasy football playoffs.
Adams' absence boosts the already sky-high stock of Nacua, and it could also help out tight end Colby Parkinson, who could see more targets, especially in the red zone, where Adams has been a menace this season.
