The Bears and Rams embraced dramatics during their wild-card round matchups last weekend. They'll hope for steadier sailing this time around, though.

Chicago and Los Angeles overcame daunting challenges to punch their ticket to the final eight of the 2026 NFL postseason. The Bears rallied from 18 down to cut down NFC North rivals the Packers at Soldier Field, while the Rams warded off a resplendent Panthers side making its first postseason appearance since 2017.

They'll now lock horns in the hopes of moving one step closer to the Lombardi Trophy. Both teams have the makings of a contender. Chicago is led by its harrowing defense and charismatic field general, Caleb Williams. The Bears QB struggled at times during his playoff debut. But when the clock dwindled, he was money, producing a handful of fourth-quarter tosses that enlivened a moody Soldier Field crowd.

Los Angeles, meanwhile, has its own artist under center in Matthew Stafford. The first-team All-Pro selectee and MVP frontrunner saw his efficiency slip after taking a shot to the hand late in the second quarter of the Rams' wild-card game. But like Williams, he saved his best for last, tossing two fourth-quarter touchdowns to put the game out of reach.

With that, here's a look at when one can expect Chicago and Los Angeles to take to the field on Sunday evening.
