After losing their fifth straight game to open the 2025 regular season, the New York Jets are the final winless team entering Week 6.
The odds are stacked against them as Aaron Glenn looks to secure his first win as an NFL head coach when his team travels to London for an international matchup against the Denver Broncos.
At the start of a new week, Glenn announced that the Jets will be without one of their top receivers for the matchup against the Broncos.
WR Allen Lazard ruled out for Week 6 vs. the Broncos
In preparation for their next game, head coach Aaron Glenn spoke with the press on Tuesday and addressed some roster updates to the team.
Glenn announced that wide receiver Allen Lazard won't travel with the team to London and will miss their Week 6 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Cornerback Michael Carter (concussion) will also most likely miss the game.

Although Carter will miss the game due to injury, Lazard won't be playing due to personal reasons.
The Jets signed the $44 million receiver in 2023 to help keep former quarterback Aaron Rodgers satisfied in New York. Two years later, Rodgers is now with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Lazard has restructured his contract to help ease the Jets' financial burden.
With Lazard not playing Week 6 due to personal reasons, this has sparked questions for his future in New York moving forward.
