The New York Giants' 2025 season is officially about 2026.
Brian Daboll has been fired, and the Giants are 2-8. Their only concerns now have to do with the future, and that starts with Jaxson Dart.
Dart has looked like the future franchise QB for the Giants, which is great news.
The less great news is that Dart currently has a concussion.
New York will surely be careful with its rookie star.

Will Jaxson Dart play Week 11?
There won't be clarity on Dart's Week 11 status until the end of this week.
Concussion protocol is tricky. Some players get through it faster than others.
The Giants also won't want to risk Dart when this season is a lost cause from a playoff perspective. They can't afford to injure him any worse while not playing for anything substantial.
It also can be tough for quarterbacks to get the whole gameplan in if they don't clear protocol until late in the week.
The most recent example is with the Houston Texans. C.J. Stroud was concussed on Sunday of Week 9, and he didn't make it through concussion protocol in time to play on Sunday of Week 10.
That's the timeline Dart is trying to traverse.
If Dart is out, Russell Wilson would presumably start, although interim head coach Mike Kafka didn't fully commit to that. Jameis Winston would be the other option.
The Giants host the Packers and star pass rusher Micah Parsons on Sunday at 1 p.m.
