New York Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart was never in the conversation to be the first overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft. That distinction belonged almost entirely to Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward, who, despite a long and winding journey to becoming the top pick, was a deserving selection.

But Dart was ultimately a first-round pick, too. The Giants traded back into the first round to make sure he'd make New York his home, and while he isn't expected to begin the 2025 season as Big Blue's starter, a losing streak at any point in their incredibly difficult schedule could change that plan.

For now, we're left to watch Dart perform at NFL events and in practice sessions.

Speaking of those NFL events, Dart and Ward both attended the NFL Rookie Premiere, where members of the rookie class donned their pro uniforms for the first time for photos and other activities.

One of those activities was an accuracy competition between Dart and Ward, and the results should have New York Giants fans pretty excited.

Yep, that's Jaxson Dart with the 'W.'

Here's to hoping he can lead the Giants to their fair share of wins during his career, too.
