One of the greatest offensive players in New Orleans Saints history is officially hanging up his cleats.
Jimmy Graham plans to retire from the NFL officially.
Graham made the announcement on X on Tuesday, commenting "What a journey" on a post sharing the news.
The former Miami Hurricanes power forward was a third-round pick by the Saints in 2010.
He spent his first five seasons in New Orleans, catching 386 passes for 4,752 yards and 51 5ouchdowns.
Graham then spent three seasons in Seattle, two in Green Bay and two in Chicago. He returned to the Saints in 2023 and played 13 games to wrap up his career.

Even in that second Saints tenure, Graham was a red-zone machine. He had six catches in 2023, and four were for touchdowns.
Graham didn't play in 2024. He finishes his NFL career with 719 catches for 8,545 yards and 89 touchdowns.
He actually recently set a record for the fastest rowing crossing of the Arctic Circle by a four-person crew, per Pro Football Talk.
Graham is onto the next chapter of his life, but his football story was a pretty great one.
