The New Orleans Saints have an injury concern with wide receiver Chris Olave ahead of the Week 17 game against the Tennessee Titans.

Olave was on the injury report this week with a back issue and turned in two full practices before being limited on Friday and drawing the questionable tag.

The limited practice to close out the week is a concern, but does that mean we won't see Olave on the field in Week 17?

Here's the latest injury update on the Saints wide receiver, along with some start or sit advice for him.

Is Chris Olave playing today?

Yes, Olave is expected to play on Sunday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

"Saints WR Chris Olave, listed as questionable for Sunday due to back injury, is expected to play vs. The Titans, per source," Schefter wrote.

The Saints will release their list of inactives an hour and a half before the 1 p.m. Kickoff with Tennessee, so we'll have a definitive answer on Olave then.

Chris Olave start or sit advice

Olave enters Week 17 ranked as WR6 overall, making him an every-week starter in all formats. Olave has been particularly hot over his last six games, ranking as WR5 overall in that span.

This week, Olave has a favorable matchup against a Titans defense ceding the 11th-most fantasy points per game to the position in 2025.

Olave has been locked into your lineup all season long and now is not the time to take him out.

Verdict: Start
