The New England Patriots have an injury concern with running back TreVeyon Henderson in the first half of the Week 16 game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Henderson suffered an injury in the second quarter after hitting his head hard on the turf following a play. Prior to the injury, Henderson had four carries for two yards.
Fellow running back Rhamondre Stevenson will fully take the reins of the backfield as long as Henderson is sidelined.

UPDATE: Henderson has now been ruled out for the rest of the game because of his head injury, the Patriots said.
UPDATE: The Patriots announced that Henderson is questionable to return due to a head injury.
UPDATE: Henderson is now heading to the locker room, which is not a good sign for his chances of returning. We still don't have an update from the team.
UPDATE: Henderson walked off under his own power and is now being evaluated in the blue medical tent. We're still waiting for an update from the team but it is almost certainly a head injury.
Henderson tried to get up, but went back down on the field. For now, it appears he's dealing with a head injury and he's being tended to by trainers on the field.
