Is Terrell Jennings playing tonight? Latest injury update, fantasy advice for Week 11 image

The New England Patriots had all three running backs on the injury report this week, but only one of them remains uncertain to play.

That is running back Terrell Jennings, who turned in three limited practices during the week despite having a knee injury. He is listed as questionable to suit up for the Week 11 contest against the New York Jets.

As for the other running backs, Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson, the former has been ruled out with his toe issue and the latter has been removed from the injury report entirely after landing on the list with a knee injury.

Here's what we know about Jennings' chances of suiting up this week.

Is Terrell Jennings playing tonight?

Despite the questionable tag, Jennings is indeed expected to play on Thursday night, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

"Terrell Jennings... He is dealing with a knee injury," Rapoport said. "I'm told is expected to go for the Patriots."

Terrell Jennings fantasy advice

With Stevenson out, Jennings should serve as the RB2 behind Henderson, but chances are he's going to split work almost evenly.

We saw that happen in Week 9, when Jennings had 12 touches to Henderson's 18. Jennings only had four touches last week, but that's because he left early with his knee injury.

The Patriots have shown a clear lack of trust in Henderson, but there's potential for that to change this week after the rookie went nuclear in Week 10.

Adding to that, we just haven't seen enough from Jennings overall to trust him in lineups this week. Start Henderson, sit Jennings in Week 11.

Verdict: Sit
