Fantasy football managers have a tough situation to navigate when it comes to New England Patriots running backs TreVeyon Henderson and Rhamondre Stevenson.

With both players healthy, it's tough to gauge who is going to get the majority of the work in Week 15 against the Buffalo Bills.

Last week, Stevenson tallied 15 touches to Henderson's 14, so it was almost an even split. The snap counts were almost an even split, also, with Stevenson getting 38 snaps as compared to Henderson's 32.

With the fantasy football playoffs upon us, here's how we view Henderson and Stevenson in Week 15.

Rhamondre Stevenson start or sit advice

We would expect Stevenson to stay around the 15 touches he had last week, which is enough to post solid fantasy production.

Adding to that, the Bills are ceding the seventh-most fantasy points per game to running backs in 2025.

Stevenson has typically been the starter when he's healthy, and we'd expect that to be the case this week in a hugely important matchup against the Bills.

Verdict: Start

TreVeyon Henderson start or sit advice

Henderson is the shakier option of the two, but he has tallied 17.5 touches over the last two weeks with Stevenson in the lineup, including 14 last week.

We figure Stevenson will be the starter in Week 15, but as we saw last week, there are enough touches to go around for both backs to post sufficient fantasy output.

It also helps that Henderson has a soft matchup against a leaky Bills run defense, which gives him an increased chance to break off a big run.

Even with Stevenson in the lineup, we consider Henderson a flex option in Week 15.

Verdict: Start
