The New England Patriots dominated the New York Jets in their Week 17 matchup. Quarterback Drake Maye entered the week with the second-best odds to win the MVP Award this season.
Maye didn't finish the game against the Jets. It wasn't because he was hurt. Instead, the second-year quarterback had such a good game against the Jets that he was pulled with more than five minutes to go in the game to get some rest ahead of a Week 18 matchup against the Miami Dolphins.
Maye's huge day against the Jets included four touchdowns in the first half. The quarterback was able to reach 30 passing touchdowns on the season in the game, and surpassed 4,000 passing yards.
Here is more on Maye's huge game against the Jets in Week 17.
