The NFL released the Pro Bowl rosters on Tuesday and it came with bad news for the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints and New York Jets.

According to NFL.com, the Vikings, Saints and Jets were the only teams in the league to not have a single Pro Bowler.

That's not entirely surprising given the struggles each team has seen this season.

The Saints did have a strong Pro Bowl candidate in wide receiver Chris Olave, who has a chance for a career-best campaign in 2025.

Olave enters Week 17 with 1,044 receiving yards and eight scores. The former is 79 yards of his career-high, and he has already surpassed his personal best for receiving touchdowns.

The problem for Olave is that four other NFC wideouts are ranked ahead of him in receiving yards this season, and all four made the Pro Bowl.

Those wideouts are the Seattle Seahawks' Jaxon Smith-Njigba, the Los Angeles Rams' Puka Nacua, the Dallas Cowboys' George Pickens and the Detroit Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown.

Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson, who has been a Pro Bowl regular over the course of his impressive career, did not make the cut, but that isn't surprising.

Jefferson has been a victim of the Vikings' poor quarterback play this season and is having a down campaign with just 917 receiving yards through 15 contests.

The only player who had a shot for the Jets was kicker Nick Folk, who has made a whopping 96.4% of field goals this season, which is tops in the NFL among qualified kickers.

This is the third time Vikings franchise history that the team didn't have a single Pro Bowler, with 1983 and 2014 being the other years, per ESPN's Kevin Seifert.

This is the second straight season in which the Saints and Jets didn't have a Pro Bowler.
