The Minnesota Vikings finally got running back Aaron Jones back last week, but he is dealing with different injuries this week that leaves him questionable to play.
Jones suffered a shoulder injury in Week 9 that forced his early exit, and he picked up a toe issue, also. After not practicing on Wednesday, Jones was able to turn in two limited sessions on Thursday and Friday before drawing a questionable tag.
Jones has sounded optimistic about his status all week, but will he actually play in Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens?
Here's what we know.
Aaron Jones plays today?
Yes, Jones is expected to play today, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, who reported that on Saturday morning.
"Vikings RB Aaron Jones (questionable, shoulder) is expected to play Sunday vs. Ravens, per sources," Fowler wrote.
Aaron Jones: start or sit?
Jones looked like his vintage self in Week 9, ripping off 78 yards on nine carries and two catches for 20 yards before exiting early with his shoulder injury. It was easily Jones' best showing of the season in terms of the eye test.
Now, Jones looks ahead to a Week 10 matchup against a Ravens defense surrendering the fifth-most fantasy points per game to running backs.
While Jones hasn't been much of a factor this season, we can't help but be excited for him this week given what we saw last week and the juicy matchup.
Fire up Jones as an RB2 play this week.
