The Miami Dolphins are 6-7, and enter a Monday Night football against the Pittsburgh Steelers with a chance to reach at least a.500 record for the first time this season.

But, during their Week 14 blowout of the New York Jets, superstar running back De'Von Achane went down with an injury, leaving the game early. While there was concern, a recent update brings some good news for Achane.

According to Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN, the Dolphins' star running back is expected to play against the Steelers on Monday Night in the biggest game of the year for Miami.

Dolphins get great De'Von Achane injury update for Week 15 vs. Steelers

"Dolphins RB De'Von Achane is expected to play Monday vs the Steelers, per McDaniel," Louis-Jacques reports.

There was some concern that Achane couldn't go due to a rib issue, but this report from Mike McDaniel confirms that the Dolphins offense will be full-strength for the Steelers.

While the Steelers will be without T.J. Watt due to a freak injury, the Dolphins will have their core offense ready to go for this pivotal Monday Night Football matchup.

Achane, Darren Waller, Jaylen Waddle, and Tua Tagovailoa have been playing much better as of late amid their four-game winning streak, and could make a playoff push with a win over the Steelers in Week 15.

Getting Achane, who has 1,126 rushing yards, seven rushing touchdowns, 383 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns this season, will be a huge plus for their odds.

Miami won't be without its best offensive player in Week 15, as Achane is expected to suit up for the Dolphins on Monday Night.

After a week of limited practice due to a rib injury, Achane is set to suit up for the Dolphins against the Steelers.
