Tua Tagovailoa really needs to stop talking image

The Miami Dolphins season is already a wash. After being blown out 31-6 by the Cleveland Browns, Miami has hit rock bottom, and they've shown no signs that they are capable of digging themselves out of the hole they are in. To make matters worse, their quarterback can't stop putting his foot in his mouth when he speaks to the media. 

Tua Tagovailoa was asked about the lack of targets for Jaylen Waddle, to which he said he has a hard time seeing over the offensive line.

“Some of it has to do with being able to see guys, and I’m not the tallest guy," Tua said via Arye Pulli. "You don’t want to just throw it blindly.”

This comes after several weeks of Tua saying the absolute wrong thing at the wrong time. Following the loss to the Chargers, he blamed leadership on the team as a reason why the Dolphins were struggling, not realizing he is supposed to be one of the leaders on the team. In the offseason, he hinted that Tyreek Hill has a lot of making up to do after saying he wants out of Miami. And while the latter may have been a valid point, it's not a message that a franchise wants its quarterback saying on TV.

It feels like a matter of when, not if, Tua's days in Miami come to an end. At 1-6, their season is all but done and talks of firing Mike McDaniel have been going on from a national standpoint since their Week 1 blowout loss to the Colts.
